Taking a brand’s guideline and pushing it to its absolute limits to create a new and unexpected product is my favorite thing about being a designer. And what’s a more perfect brand to do that with than JP Morgan Chase.

Chase Private Client Appreciation Package
To thank their valued clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, CPC sent out an appreciation package to thank them for their continued banking with Chase, along with a reminder of the exclusive perks that come with being a Chase Private Client account holder.
The appreciation package came in a unique 5.5” x 11.5”, full bleed blue envelope (opposed to the standard white envelope) to stand out against other pieces of mail. Once open, the letter stretches out to a staggering 22” wide to highlight points of interest that come with their account.
Chase Secure Banking Product Landing Page
Opening a new bank account can be daunting and overwhelming, especially when your new account has so many features and perks. To welcome and educate new Chase Secure Banking account holders, we created a site with an organized layout composed of repeated cards that guide users from one page to another.
Users are first met with the overview page where they are prompted to click on a topic related to their needs (i.e. adding money to your account, activating your new debit card, downloading the Chase Mobile app, etc.). Once on the page with the topic they need, users will see at the bottom of the page the repeated cards to jump to another topic. Using repeated photos and copy help users remember where to go next or back if needed.
