New York City Unity Project — Work It, NYC

Building off NYC Unity Project’s establish brand look, the ‘Work It, NYC’ manual educates and provides support for employers of LGBTQIA+ employees. The 176 page manual covers topics across LGBTQIA+ vocabulary, creating an inclusive space, workplace obligations and more.

The manual utilizes color coordinated chapters for easy navigation, LGBTQIA+ imagery, playful illustrations and varying layouts to keep the user engaged in sometimes heavy subjects.
